Kittie came to us on December 27,
2010 - making a long journey from Texas to Nebraska. She was kind of a
rescue. She was not an abused
dog but had never had the opportunity to live in a house/home.
We were the lucky ones who were able to give her that home. She learned a
lot of things after she joined our family but was still afraid/wary of some
things. We loved her dearly. She was diagnosed in 2013 with a
collapsed disc and gradually lost use of her rear but had plenty of spirit until
near the end. We made the decision that her quality of life was not good
anymore and sent her to the Rainbow Bridge on July 14, 2014. Following is
a pictorial of her time with us.
