Beau

Beau was one of two puppies in an "oops" litter. Beau was a fun dog and loved to play with his ball in the back  yard.  He would bat the ball around with his nose and "talk" to it as he played. 

Beau, unlike his dad, really liked to show. He picked up a few points from the puppy classes but didn't really mature until he was about 3 years old. He finished, breeder/owner handled with two 4 point majors.

When he was around three years old, we had six boxers living with us.  We received a call from a young couple who wanted a boxer.  They came to my house and fell in love with Beau.  We decided that this would be good for Beau as he would have the sole attention of his people. They kept in touch with me and let me know that Beau was doing fine.

On 9/6/02, I received an email stating that he died that evening - he had a couple of seizures.  He had spent the evening playing with his ball and watching their son play on the living room floor.  He will be missed by his family and all who loved him.  I can picture "BooBoo" (as I called him) playing with his ball at the bridge.  He was such a sweet boy.
