Annie was an only puppy born my caesarian - Marlo was  her dam.  Marlo didn't have much milk so we supplemented Annie.  After one week, Marlo decided that she didn't need to take care of Annie any more so I became Annie's "mama". Annie came through with flying colors - she was a fighter.

Annie was on the small side and did not turn out to be the show prospect we had hoped for but she was a good addition to our family.  She loved our grandson. She was a happy puppy.

At about a year of age, she started fighting with her mother so much so that we had to keep them separated.  We had a couple from eastern Iowa who were interested in getting another boxer.  We decided to place Annie with them to avoid a "fight to the death" with her mother.

Although we lost touch about a year later, Annie was doing well in her new home.
